Always sat promptly upon arrival. Comfortable tables, with plenty of space that accommodate our large family. Joe has always made each one of our experiences at Cotton Patch, smooth and easy. He is very attentive and personable especially with our younger kids.Brady the Manager is always present and interacting with the tables. Between the customer service from really the whole staff it is just A+. If you need a home cooked meal vibe in a comfortable setting. I highly suggest. Cotton Patch Cafe in Tyler.

Great food and wonderful service. Allyson was our waitress and took great care of us. Joe was another server there. He has a personality plus and was interacting with all the staff and customers as he worked. He definitely has a great personality for the business. Thanks for making our visit pleasurable. We will return. It's worth drive!

If you don't mind being in a racist environment then this is definitely the restaurant for you. Upon entering a few of the other customers made rude and disturbing comments towards me and my party. We were also assigned a non-white server. Food was slow to be delivered and I do not blame the server at all. Matter of fact my food was never delivered at all. Don't understand how you can deliver to four guests and exclude the fifth one. My meal was a simple burger and French fries combo. The easiest to make of the five that meals ordered. I've been to other locations and I definitely will be going back to those versus stepping foot back into this location.

The waitress took our order to dine in. I also ordered a bowl of soup to go. When our order came, the soup was not packed to go. The waitress never returned to see how the food was, never refilled the tea and never brought our ticket. We stayed at the restaurant 1 1/2 hours just to see if anyone was gonna come to our table. After our waitress left, we went to the counter for to go containers and a ticket. Someone looked up our order. A guy bought a ticket but no to go containers. I asked for containers again when he bought the ticket to the table. Still no containers but he took the peoples order right behind us and they even got food. Still no containers. He never returned to get the debit card to pay the bill. I called another young man over and he handled everything and apologized. He had done absolutely nothing wrong.
