Wendy's

That Wendy's location was definitely the best option to go with if you are looking to dine around that location. Their 4 for $6 deal was phenomenal because everything was cooked just right. I upgraded my fries to baconator fries and got one of the best fries and bacon. Everything was soo good we went there the next day again before hiking at the Grand Canyon. Do not go to McDonald's because you will be disappointed with prices and food (we went there and prices were astronomically high).

Our group of 8 had breakfast here today on the way to visit the Grand Canyon! Alex was extremely friendly and helpful. He brought our drinks out to our table and even got us creamers etc. the place was very clean and the food was hot and delicious! I am not a huge fan of fast food but would highly recommend this Wendy’s. Also the music streaming was great!! Thanks Alex!! 🤩

Truly unreal fast food experience. The restaurant was out of some salads we wanted and the manager immediately came to the rescue. He gave us 2 other salads for free. This is the first time i felt that the managment honestly cares about the customer. It was truly a heart-warming experience and I’m sad we’re only staying around for another day. I’d love to have a restaurant like this in my home town. The food was amazing by the way.

I don't know how the prices here compare to Wendy's nationwide, but they seemed crazy expensive. $6.79 for a Single Cheese (sandwich only). Despite no covid restrictions, the dining area was closed (doors locked), presumably due to personnel challenges. And it took 5-10 minutes for the car in front of us in the drive-thru so (I finally gave up and shut off the engine). And the burger, fries, and Frosty all seemed quite small for the price (but tasted fine).

We ordered the food. And after they said the food was ready I went to get it and was advised that the chili would be another 30 minutes until it was hot enough to serve. They offered me fries instead. I found that laughable considering it’s not meat. So they gave me a refund and I was told that I’d have to get back in line to order something else. There were about 6 people in the line now. So how is it my fault they didn’t tell me that ? So I didn’t order anything else. We ate our food and were walking out and they did the same thing to someone else. After they took the money he was told they have no chili and had to get back in line. So the competency level of these individuals isn’t high enough to not make the same mistake twice. The food that we did receive wasn’t bad though. Which is why it’s a 3 star instead of 1. Wouldn’t return though. Terrible customer service and the manager was mad at me for asking to order something else.

The main restaurant was closed due to being understaffed apparently. We had to go through the drive though but we had no car. They would not serve us unfortunately and the worker there today working at the window ended up saying some swear words at us because we didnt have a car. Their lobby was closed to order from and it was 7pm on a Saturday. I used to like Wendy's but I'm never going back. we went through the drive through at 6:45 on Saturday May 21. Not cool.
