Burger King

Understaffed location but I don’t hold any of that against them. They have a group of hardworking employees who are doing their best. Food was very good as expected and the coupons were very much to thank for that. Clean location for the most part, staff was professional and attentive. Whatever issues people may encounter, I would just say they are honestly trying!

This was seriously the worst fast-food experience I have ever had. The manager, Tyler, was extremely rude and insisted I ordered a bacon king when I really ordered a bacon cheeseburger. He argued that I said bacon king (I've never even heard of a bacon king - and why would I do that and then say I ordered a bacon cheeseburger?) I did not want any compensation, only the right burger. He told me that there was only two people working, he already made the sandwich and there's was nothing he could do. When I insisted and asked for his managers name and number he eventually rerung me up for the right burger. Only when I got home and my daughter opened he "bacon chesebueger" this is what she found f. I'm honestly scared to even eat it.

Terrible Customer Service!! 1st time in a long time that I was in Burger King. This happen at the Turlock Location on Geer Rd. We order three meals to find out we missed a bacon cheese burger for my son. Had to drive back to get the missing item plus I asked them to replaced my meal because i left in a rush so my food was going to be cold. One of the employees was very rude and mentioned they can only replace the missing item. He also mentioned no food was going to be replaced because I didn't bring the other food with meal. Which I previously mentioned to him it has been years since the last time I bought BK. He didn't care, asked me to reach their District Manager and just ignored me. I do work on Customer Service for a Tech Company, it would be no way that we will treat people at the way he did. Called Customer Service to file a complaint, waiting for the District Manager to respond to my voicemail. They need to provide more customer service training o their staff. We won't go no more to this place.

They were short staffed. They had seven signs up for ice cream and didn't have the machine put together so no ice cream , all my food was up except fries and was getting cold then they gave one of my sandwiches to drive thru that came thru 10 minutes after I ordered ( I was the only customer till then) then my fries came up so they sat there and got cold why they remade the sandwich , and the fried food tasted like the oil was old im a local chef and I used to be a lead at a burger King I know how it works I was very disappointed in the service I got and won't be coming back
