Horrible customer service! Lady with glasses who was at front taking orders was extremely rude and disrespectful btw said she was the manager! Refuse to take my husbands order thru drive thru. They parked went inside told them to leave that we weren’t her customers and to leave the restaurant. She has a disgusting 🤮 attitude I called corporate and they took a report I know this isn’t the first time she done this before she’s before but we’d never called until now this is too much!!! If she doesn’t like her job she should leave or get fired!!!!

Went through drive thru and was told to wait in the front for my order. There were 20 cars waiting for their foods in the front. Employee told me because they wanted their drive thru time down so that’s why they made everyone waited in front for their foods. I waited 2 hour just to get my chicken combo meal. This is Ridiculous and worst KFC ever been to. Every customers was angry and mad. Why would it takes 2 hours to get one combo meal?????

Owner is trying to save money I guess because the front counters lights are off. For a second I thought they might be close but then there's a few people inside. There was NO staff available in the front counter to take our order. We were third in line Waited maybe 5 minutes for a staff to appear on a weekday lunchtime. There was one staff member doing the drive thru and another one in the kitchen. Maybe hire more staff members or schedule people properly? They really need more staff because the dining area was dirty, the trash can was full, the soda area was messy. Overall poor management. Food was fine. came out on time. We ordered a root beer float and we were dining in but I wonder why it wasn't served on the chilled mug as traditional.

Lazy employees just standing around holding up the counter waiting to hand out mobile orders. One plopped my bucket on the counter, not even a smile. Had to wait & chicken was cold too. Looked liked the chicken was pressure-cooked & it was soggy. Not at all appetizing. A lump of soggy chicken in a moist bucket with a plastic bag tied tight. Yuck for $26. Never going back there. First & last time ordering at KFC.

Most items were not available because apparently they start shutting down the fryers and whatever else they use to make the food 45 minutes before they actually close! I was told I would have to wait over 20 minutes if I wanted fries and chicken because they only had one working fryer. Not to impressed but the popcorn chicken I got was good so no complaints about the food.

I gave 1 star because I had to. It needs to be a -5. This was the worst experience of my 55 years of living. Most people spend 10 minutes, ha! We were there 45 minutes from the moment we received our online confirmation in the parking lot. My wife had to get out of the car to get the attention of an employee since the 11 calls we made were unanswered. Still no food. I asked another employee to get the manager. The manager would not come out to talk to me. Finally we got our food. It was not correct. I had to go back to the lobby door and request to speak to the General Manager. She was not apologetic at all for the service we received and then had the gall the my shorted order was the way it was supposed to be. I am sorry, I did not pay $10.50 ish on a big box to only get a chicken sandwich and a soda. The General Manager gave me a hatred stare as if I was in the wrong. I will never be back to KFC again. Next review will be on Yelp.
