Kfc

After being denied service at Popeyes because I didn't have a car to go through the drive through, I made my way down to this KFC. Their lobby is also closed due to being under staffed, but they still took my order! Thank you for having some decency and common sense and helping a hungry guy out! The chicken sandwich was excellent.

Pulled in to the store thinking they were open. Only had 15 minutes till opening. When we get to the drive thru box we are greeted with a "Hi what can I get for you", and I respond with "one second please". Once I was ready to order we got no response back, no one took our order, and we left afyer waiting for several minutes with no answer. I understand that we were early, but we had already been greeted. If food wasn't ready to be served, we should have been told that. Very inconsiderate especially after already being greeted

They over charged me, they shorted me 4 instead of 5 piece, and this not the Nashville hot, and they dont even answer the phone to complain, 3min of constant ringing, DO NOT COME HERE, CHARGED ME 12.49 FOR A 11.49 COMBO, GAVE ME REGULAR TENDERS INSTEAD OF NASHVILLE HOT THAT THEY CHARGED ME FOR, THEY DONT ANSWER PHONE CUZ THEY NO ITS PEOPLE COMPLAINING

They don't seem to know the difference between white and dark meat. The last 3 times we got a bucket, one an 8pc and the last two a 12 pc. and were assured our selection would include white meat, we returned home to discover that once again the white meat was completely missing. This last time it was a bucket of greasy thighs and a couple of scrawny wings. The thighs were tiny, some smaller than the wings, with a thick layer of breading that was like greasy, wet, raw dough. It didn't used to be this bad, what happened? Best to check your order before you leave to make sure it is correct as they cannot be trusted and will lie to your face. As much as we love the 11 herbs and spices, we are much happier going to SaveMart now. The grocery store chicken is just a fraction of the price with large, perfectly cooked pieces that aren't a greasy mess. Edit: Before Covid we decided to go inside because of their usual bad service of messing up orders, and I noticed my shoes stuck to the floor like an old movie theater and there was flies buzzing around. Also the door was very hard to pull open and my elderly father had trouble opening and mentioned it was definitely not up to code.

My entire issue is that the parking lot has speed bumps that are way too big, and too many, no matter how slow we went our bumper still took damage and one of the bumps threw me hard against the side of door, leaving me injured the rest of the night, they definitely need to be reduced heavily, at the very minimum have a sign. The popcorn chicken I had was excellent though, and the employees working were incredibly nice and fixed any issues we had very quickly.
