Flights

At first I wasn't a huge fan, but the employees (especially the wonderful security officer who took it upon himself to make sure I was ok one night when I was in the laundry facility and a creepy truck followed me out there) and the atmosphere I felt while staying at the hotel have made this my all time favorite!!! Housekeeping never hesitates to bring me anything I ask for, front desk are quick to stop what they are doing to see if I need assistance, cocktail waitresses are always easy to find, and the cage workers are friendly and do there jobs well. I feel at home when we stay here. And for any staff I left out (Alex at the steakhouse is my new favorite waitress), I appreciate everything you have done to make my husband and I feel welcome every time we stay!

Took my daughter to her first casino. We started at Hollywood but left because we couldn't find any machines to play. Sam's had their layout pretty much ensuring social distancing so we didn't get to a machine just to see that it was not available. We both had a great time and actually won a little money. Definitely recommend and definitely will be back.

Sam's Town Casino was cool. I had a great time with my Grandmother and Cousin bringing in the New Year! I would've definitely given more stars however I saw a roach in the bathroom of the hotel room, and I wasn't happy about that. Other than that, the free drinks, prizes that were given out for drawings that were held, that was all Awesome! I just believe sanitation is very important especially during these times. They did have hand sanitizer stations available. But Roaches are a big "No" for me. I will go back to gamble but I think I'll get a hotel at GoldStrike Hotel & Casino. It's more Vegas Style and classier than Sam's Town anyways.

We booked our room online for our anniversary weekend. We got there and got checked in. Our room was awful. The bed was broken. The foot of the bed was higher than the head of the bed, the toilet was not clean and it was wobbly and the caulking around the base was yellow and coming off. The television had a terrible picture. The rooms have no USB outlets and the drawers in the nightstands were nasty with food crumbs and everything. The casino has absolutely no good games. Definitely a very outdated casino and very outdated rooms. The only food choices are very greasy, soggy bun burgers at the little cafe or a steakhouse only opened on the weekends. Definitely will not be back here and definitely do not recommend to anyone. No bar to sit at except inside the casino, and they don’t offer drinks that often inside the casino. The games we did play did not pay out. Worst casino we have ever been to

Suite I had was beautiful. Very spacious and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. The casino was laid out nicely for the whole social distancing thing. I just wish more restaurants were open. They have a restaurant open but it closes at 9:30pm. Being the weekend at least bump the hours to midnight. So if you’re hungry after 9:30 you’re SOL.
