Typically this is THE slowest moving Starbucks around... especially in the drive thru...even if you order thru the app. This time was no different. However, what I can say is today, I ordered on the app and went to the wrong location for pick up. The barista helped me and made my order there so I didn't have to go to a different location. They were really really kind.
Before today, I would've given them a 3 star MAX, but today's barista went above and beyond. 4 stars.

And I was very pleased to see that when I went into this store you did what your stories meant to do ...sell coffee
There were some signs up for pride month and some various small things but nothing overt and difficult for someone who maybe doesn't agree with your beliefs to deal with.
I will make sure that my business also has compassion even for feelings that differ from mine

I want to complement your drive by service at the Yale and 21st Street Starbucks in Tulsa. I ordered the wrong size coffee and the young woman at the window corrected my mistake and gave me what I should have ordered. She was very polite and helpful. I'm always pleased with Starbucks, and will continue to stop by every week to purchase coffee and pastries from you.

They are always so nice when I come to this location! They are hard workers. 😁 It was super busy when I came in the morning but still got our drinks at a reasonable time considering how much orders they must have! Tasted delicious too so not only are they fast, but efficient with how they are making the drinks. Keep up the good work!

The iced apple oatmilk macchiato is definitely a favorite of mine. As you can see from the photo, it is the taste of deliciousness. The workers are always keeping busy and have always had my order prepared and ready for me when I arrive. Well done!
