Game day and they were busy. Understaffed so you could only order roast beef sandwiches. Nothing different

I hate that there are no longer any trays for dine-in service. Everything is handed to you in a bag. Food is not as good as it used to be, and much smaller portions.

For a fast food joint they did a great job and Fast. I didn't sit down before then called my name.

The restaurant was clean and well maintained, and the staff very friendly. They were quick to take my order and get me my drink. I had an orange cream shake that was amazing. It was just like an orange cream-icicle in a cup! The restroom was also clean, which was nice.

Best Arby's experience I've had.
Staff was courteous and kind and recommended just what I needed.
And honestly I've had some sliders that were kinda .."lacking" from other places but damn these sliders were ON POINT.

I stood in the lobby 10 minutes no one said as much as hello! only one other man there and he waited ten minutes for his order he had already placed! then I waited at least five more minutes for two Jamoca shakes and 2 cookies 🍪 I refused to wait for an order of food! must have had a manager change 🤔

Arbys is part of my life for sure. From first job to my kid begging for French dips. The food size is so much smaller and the prices went up. But it's still great old taste.. and the crew here is always so sweet
