The overall experience was uncomfortable. We wanted to order two gluten free sandwiches and a protein bowl. When we asked for the gluten free bread we were told they didn’t have any, so instead we ordered salads. The salads were only half the usual amount and they didn’t even have enough lettuce for the protein bowl. The lettuce that we did revive was brown and wilted. The person who was making the sandwiches had their AirPods in the entire time. It was an extremely long wait and there was only one person working.

What a difference employees make. This one gets 5 starts the other subway location I posted about last time gets 1 or 0 if I could. This location has great service and great employees and nothing to complain about.

Time about 1:15 Waited 10 minutes to order food, girl playing on the phone doesn't care if customer wants to order food. Went to Qdoba for food

The bread was not even close to being fresh. It was rather crusty and hard. The girl working, obviously a noob, didn't even bother to slice it into half like they normally do. Subways has come a long ways...a long ways DOWN!! With the rise in cost, why bother coming to a third rate place again.

I ordered the new menu item "melt" and they gave me a regular sub with extra cheese @#$ When I asked i wanted the one as advertised, server said, we don't have that bread. really??? Then say that upfront and charge for regular.
I asked half with veggy pattu amd half with egg, ended up paying for full veggie patty + full egg!
Charged way too extra - melt + veghie patty + egg.

Eduardo did an outstanding job working alone getting sandwiches completed. Walked in and seen him working on walk-in customers and mobile orders. His customer service was great! Tipped him even more before asking his name to write this review. Thank you eduardo keep up the good work!
