Taco Bell

I am not sure how to even express how I feel about this location. My family loves taco bell, especially the different $5 boxes. Not only does it make it affordable for a family of seven to “eat out” but also gives us an opportunity to try different things we usually wouldn’t. The customer service the last few times we have gone, amazing. We often use the drive through and you don’t expect much interaction, but they listen to the order, repeat the order, confirm the order, they engage at the window to triple confirm. They never skip a beat during the process. We have some picky eaters, so often have lots of modifications. I have RARELY received an order that wasn’t served exactly as i ordered it, labeled and all. If I do end up with a mistake, I chalk it up to a busy or a tough day- because it hardly ever happens. I am the General Manager of a couple of local restaurants here in Tucson, and understand completely the importance of normalizing POSITIVE reviews. Your entire staff for this location deserves praise. In the three years that we have been visiting this location, they have only gotten better. Great job to all of the staff!

Went through the drive-through the other night and usually when you go through the drive-through late at night you know you’re getting garbage food, but this wasn’t bad at all I mean it was really really good. Was so surprised that the food was actually really good late at night that I came back here to do this review.

Here's an update about this store. They just about got rid of the entire staff. Great. Now the new staff needs to listen to what the customer wants. I already speak kinda loud so I'm not sure how the girl taking my order tonight just didn't hear what I said and they also forgot an item. Will see what happenes. I don't get to go here as much as I used to so well see Another update. 7-25-23 New night manager has a power trip. I try and add beans + flour tortilla to make the old double decker taco. Well she tells me it's a specialty item. How is it her boss and taco bell coast to coast well make it and her boss even remembered me coming in to order it snd made it for me. Tonight she just put everything on the side so I had to make it myself.
