I like this location a lot. The food always taste delicious, the temperature on the food is always right, and the restaurant is well-maintained. The customer service is okay, maybe they're just always busy, but they're just never friendly or welcoming. This location get packed right after work!

I came to this location just to rest before going back to worship this early eve . This spot was within a mile from where I need to be . The store was clean . The workers were professional. I don't eat meat but was able to entree mushroom chicken ( picking out the chicken ) and have spring roles . It was a good experience!

My favorite item on the menu at this place is the Teriyaki chicken and a side of the noodles. I think they call the noodles Chow mein. For fast food, this is one of the best places. They are also very kind to make fresh food if you want rather than taking what is almost gone. They did this for both the chicken and the Chow mein. It took a little longer to get the food, but it was worth the wait. Love this place.

Food was a little over cooked
Service was ok they kept forgetting basic stuff like silverware, our fortune cookies, and sweet and sour sauce. We had to ask too many times for stuff t g ey should have already put in our bag.

Best Chinese food in Tucson, always fresh and hot. Prices still in line.. Very consistent on food quality.. even in shaky times, service and clean locations make this a good to great chain of restaurants..

Asked why they were putting it in a bowl when they've always put in in the entree container, told me they've always done it this way. First time for me! If I ask for one or two entree's, they use big container. Ask for a bowl, they give you a bowl. I'm sure they are cutting costs by giving you less food, which is fine, everybody's doing it, but telling me it was always that way is incorrect and I don't appreciate being told I'm wrong when I'm not. If they were new, they should have said that so I could have had them all another employee.

Great experience! We love this chain, but the servers were really nice and the food was delicious. A shout out to Jessica who seemed genuinely happy to serve us! Definitely a solid location.
