Best breakfast in forever! Biscuit & gravy breakfast. Eggs were scrambled perfectly, bacon was crispy as ordered, hash browns were wonderfully crispy on both sides. Great value too. Our server was incredible. Even though the restaurant was super busy, she was attentive, friendly & efficient. We ate breakfast at Oro Valley Denny's couple of weeks ago & it did not come close to this meal, in any category. We will gladly drive a little further for this quality.

Not sure when I'll get a chance to frequent again, but in the dead heat of the hottest July on record for Arizona, one wing of the building had absolutely no AC and really shouldn't have been sitting people in it. They cracked the door and had fans going but it was pretty miserable to eat. If I'd had a choice I'd have left, but that wasn't in the cards for my function. Everyone else working there was really nice though! I also learned from a waitress that you can split and get two different kinds of pancakes as opposed to a stack of one. That was a really nice learning experience! But when it's so hot in the area you're eating, you may not be able to keep them down anyway.

Five stars for all servers and one star for our server who was not professional and missed up our order a few time. Bad day for me and my family. However if I come next time will ask for Mike was always a good server and the rest of the staff were so professional and felt welcome. But this morning I was disappointed 😞 with my server. And I didn't put any tips because of that. Love IHOP and like to eat there at least once a month.
