Ihop

I went into the IHOP the next day to speak to the manager, I was left very impressed by Manager Shannon to understand my view of a poor take-out experience. Shannon absolutely went above my expectations to rectify my experience. The food I received today tasted like it was made by a chef so IHOP can do it! I think I got perfect poached eggs for the Benedict. I also recommend their pot roast dinner.

You know, I've really never been that big a fan of IHOP. We've got one near us in Phoenix, and it's nowhere near as good as this one was. Our food was really pretty good, and the prices were reasonable. Well prepared food that's inexpensive with good service. I'd stop by this IHOP again without hesitation!

This is directed to the person that was mopping the only exit to the restaurant on 8/13/2023 that would not concede to the fact that it was not a risk of someone walking with a cane and could slip and fall. His remarks following my explanation that this would place his customers in peril as they left the restaurant were argumentative in nature and antagonist in delivery. He should be able to recall this complaint that he had with a Vietnam Veteran using a cane. (order #8439 table33/1) I was irritated by his remarks of false wishes of having a happy day in the self serving attitude that he would be right and I would be wrong in my comments. He could have fanned the moisture off the floor with the very signs he said he has always used to warn people of a wet floor. Having a sign up of wet floor give a caution and not prevent a person from slipping. Still he continued to make remarks that would invite me to continue the discussion. I even attempted to explain to him that you DO NOT argue with a complaining customer. My 30 plus year in the customer service field taught me this. I do not have this persons name or his position there and that is why I left a description of who I am as mentioned above. I do not back down when I know I am right and this person wanted to test that position each time I attempted to leave. I will no longer do any business with this restaurant and will use the rule of 10 telling people of this encounter, they will 10 and those will tell 10 and on and on. Very disappointed in a business that can not or will not train employees in GOOD customer relations. David R. Blevins

The waitress named Brittany served me there today and honestly I had a great time, She smiled at me which frankly seems like its a lost art of customer service in the modern world I just mean that being genuinely appreciated as a customer seems to rare and I honestly felt welcomed to the restaurant when I came in. I ordered 2 steak burgers and I really enjoyed them they were perfectly cooked and exactly what I expected in bang for my buck. I really had a great meal, loved the atmosphere and the whole experience was really a all around joy! I am from California where no one seems to be able to cook burgers right at restaurants (we all know how great Backyard parties are! So no complaints about those!) But it felt like IHOP really nails it each time I can't say it really exceeded expectations but honestly sometimes a GOOD level meal is just fine.^_^ And again one last thing IHOP if you read these please praise Brittany for doing an excellent job she deserves it and I have worked jn restaurants alot of my life and she really did a spot on job I just wanted to show appreciation for great service because I have lately been getting F-Bombs dropped on me when I ask for Dine-in ie Take-out at younger establishments (example: Wingstop!) So really thankful to have a pleasant meal and a great dinner thank you IHOP!

The food is amazing the only thing I didn't like are the table placements because there diagonally and your too close to the other tables and it feel cramped and no privacy. I know that they do that to fit more tables but it's uncomfortable, and the waitress are very nice, so sweet. Just hope you could change the postion of the tables🥰
