I wouldn’t recommend going here. Food was ok, shrimp was cooked weirdly cuz like, look at the photo. It was all shrunk and it tasted rather hard. The only thing good was the teriyaki chicken and rice. Im pretty sure the cook was the main manager so maybe he should retrain himself. Cuz I know the side cook was doing a great job.

I have been visiting this location on east 22nd street, Tucson, AZ for years. Today when I got home discovered a bunch of black burnt something on top of my large teriyaki chicken. It was flaky like the pan had been scraped. I got back in my car and went back to the store. When I asked for a manager the tall slender woman said she could help me. I said oh you're the manager? She nodded yes. She had also been the person who handed me my original order. She didn't look at what was in the bag I returned, just said she'd replace it with whatever I wanted. I'm not even sure she understood what my complain was (mask). She served me another teriyaki chicken which was fresh off the stove and was sitting on the shelf behind the servers. As I was leaving she said I could keep the first one too. Lol. I said "uh, no." I got home and guess what I found? More burned chicken! This time in small pieces throughout. I tried to find contact information to speak to someone in the organization to save them embarrassment but couldn't find this online. Will call and ask for it tomorrow. Why am I so upset? Months ago, perhaps 6 months, I found a WAD of black hair on top of my food! I was so grossed out. Told myself I'd call the manager in the morning. Never did. Didn't go back for months. Finally tried them again. I think this was my second time back. Disgusted. I gave 2 stars only because there was a lot of good experiences in the past. Now I know I won't return. Folks, at least look at your food before you leave with it.

This has always been a childhood favorite of mine; its fast- yummy- and all around a good place to go to for some food! Though lately there has been some trouble with getting the right order (online orders) and a massive 'buildup' of customers because there was too much disfunction. That's why I'll only give it 4 stars- because of the memories and food.

Staff was completely rude, no customer service whatsoever, stingy with their portions. Tried giving us the burnt left over chow mein from the bottom of the bowl, and gave attitude when we asked if we could wait for the fresh batch. Definitely do not recommend coming here. The lady ended selling the left over remains of chow mein to a little boy in line. Ridiculous.

Used to visit here often a few years back since it's near my house back but didn't come back for 2 years. The quality of food went down and the service had gotten really bad and unfriendly. So first time back today after 2 years and nothing has changed. The employees act like customers interrupt their work and add to it. They don't even have a drive through so what are they so busy with. They throw the food at you and barely say anything besides the required pitch about extra appetizers TWICE. One time had the woman run my card through the machine so aggressively she broke my debit card, ripped it in half. Didn't say sorry or anything just handed it back and left her hand open like some bell boy waiting for another card. The food has gotten pretty bad. The grilled teriyaki chicken is like some D rated chicken somehow. Really annoying is the veggies. It's just wet cabbage, whole, huge, uncut, broccoli, and a tiny piece of kale. It's obvious no effort goes into it. A reason for visiting was fast healthy options if you order the right way but I'm 100% done with panda.

I got the unpleasant experience of false advertising. I ask if coupons can be reedem at the store. But when your place the order the portions served are too small compared to other Panda Express around Tucson. Ithink this location need new managers and staff sadly the reputation is tarnished. Don't planning to visit this location in very long time.
