Subway

I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Noah who was on shift at 8:30pm(while I was there) 7/1/23. He was extremely courteous, patient, and professional when taking orders and preparing food. My only complaint is that he was all ALONE. Is this Subway policy? To leave one (1) person by themselves to be overworked? I have nothing but praise for Noah but I was sad to see him struggle to make everyone happy(which he did!). I hope he is recognized for his hard work and I hope management/ownership recognizes the need for more help in their store(s). Not only would it be more efficient but safer for the employees. Thanks again Noah! You were awesome!

I took my 82-year-old dad to get his first Subway sandwich tonight and from the time that we walked in to when we left Kevin helped me explain everything to my father about a sandwich and was very polite and very understanding and very helpful when trying to help my dad I appreciate all the help he gave good employee Kevin my dad said you made a good sandwich he enjoyed it very much thank you for all your help keep up the good work and thank you again Kevin

Roger at this location is VERY professional and a hard worker!!! Roger is definitely an A++ employee. Casey on the other hand was sleeping on the job when I walked in, and several other customers came in behind. Roger had to wake him up from his nap to come help with the line. When he finally did come help, he was absolutely unprofessional, lazy, and very RUDE. Threw my sandwiches down on the counter at me after paying, couldn’t even put the two sandwiches in a bag or give me napkins or anything. That kid should be fired so he can go sleep in his bed where he wants to be so badly.

Alisa did a wonderful job taking care of a late lunch rush and all on her own __ However, whoever the owner or manager is, you need to shut down Online orders between the hours of 2P and 4P when Alisa is by herself. It's not fair to your customers who are already standing in line to place their orders when an Online order comes in, because it's no different than somebody cutting in front you. Online people are in the comfort of their homes watching their BIG SCREEN TVs while numerous adults with children are waiting patiently. Either that, you should have two counter people at all times. 5 STARS for ALISA! 0 for Management!
