Try listening to a customer before you assume you know what your talking about. Manager assumed she didn’t have my order. Instead of saying give my system a few minutes to refresh the manager argued me down only to call me back 2 minutes later that they received my order. No worries… I won’t be spending another dollar at this restaurant. Update: Thank you management! 🙂 I revisited this location and the service was a lot better. The manager working that day was patient with her employee she was training. I like that and she was very pleasant with other customers as well. I’m big on hospitality so definitely a great turn around for me… Good Job!!!

The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the restaurant was clean and the lady was polite. I ordered a salad and was told that it would be the price of a 6 inch plus 2.00. Then she told me that it would be extra for the sandwich cheese in the salad instead of the shredded cheese. My picture will show what I just paid almost 12.00 for. Then she wouldn't even give me a cup of ice?? 5.29 for 6 inch Turkey sub 2.50 for salad upgrade 1.10 for a 1 1/8 oz bag of chips 1.20 for the cheese switch .80 for a cup of dressing .50 for a cup of ice and then the tax. I want some one to tell me why this happened to me.

It’s the best subway in our neighborhood Tucker and Lilburn, I am a regular customer, I always feel welcome there , lot of space inside , sometime I do meet people at this place for eat &meet meetings. Great people at work , they give offers and discounts to regular customers. Very clean and sanitize always .. 5 star for all staff there..
