Crazy Crab

I asked for extra seasoning because I was afraid it'd be bland ($30 was at stake). I realized I didn't need it tho. It was great with the extra seasoning. Corn and potatoes were good. Surprised and happy with the take home experience. I will return. Update: I prefer the extra Cajun seasoning. Still yummy tho.

Service was excellent and restaurant was HIGHLY MOTIVATED to stay clean in Covid times. A sink in the front to wash hands without having to enter the restroom. Food was affordable, $10 lunch specials and $12.50 for dinner specials. I got the fried Tilapia, fries and hushpuppies which wasn't overwhelmingly flavorful, but the service wins it out!

I ordered 2 pieces of whiting and a 1 person boil with the house seasoning.. Normally I take pictures to go with the review but the fish was gone before I got home, and I dug into the boil bag as soon as I arrived. The fish was fried with a light coating of cornmeal instead of a heavy batter, and it was seasoned to perfection! The seafood in the bag was fresh, plentiful & so good. Crazy Crabs has never disappointed!

I have been coming to this place since they opened and have been completely satisfied till my last 2 visits. I always get the king crab. But the last 2 times they have been the same size as snow crab legs for the price or king crab! The 1st time I had already made it home so I called and was offered a discount. So yesterday a couple of weeks later I did my normal order and the king crab was even smaller. They started to tell me this is the batch they received and that's all they have due to the season. Absolutely not my problem. If they got a bad batch and cannot keep the same standards update the price to reflect that! I was offered a refund or extra shrimp. I took the refund. Would have made since to add another leg to compensate especially being that I was a regular customer to make it right but that's too much like right. SMH. The search begins.....

Great place for seafood.. came and order the Crazy Crab order for two which came with crab legs, crawfish, shrimp, potato, corn and clam mussels, I ordered it with House Special seasoning and flavor was amazing! Fresh food for sure!. They are taking great healthy measures on this COVID times. Place was clean and organized if it’s your fist time here you will need to go straight to the back to place your order and they will call you when food is ready.

At first I thought I don't know the parking lot was empty, but once I got inside it was really nice food came out very quickly, I ordered the crazy crab for one, it was so good. I chose the house seasoning which had a nice little spice to it not too much the shrimp was excellent as the muscles, potatoes, and corn, as I sat there I saw why it was pretty empty a lot of carryout, most definitely will come back again. Very pleased with my leftover take home. Jac 😁
