Panera Bread

Tasty, healthy food and friendly service make this a go-to place for us. This location has a nice outdoor patio. The restaurant is clean and the dirty dishes picked up. Parking is easy. We would give it five stars except we feel the price-value is getting out of hand, we had two cups of soup and two 1/2 sandwiches for $25.00, this causes us to pause.

I am currently and recently experiencing a dental emergency however have to still work to earn the funds to pay for a dental appointment and treatment . I can't chew and needed to get some soup while on a break from work. . I went into Panera because not many places offer soup. I asked if I could have a softer pastry rather then apple , Chips or baguette because those items are to hard to chew considering my dental emergency and not having the ability to chew due to severe pain. I communicated with the employee regarding my dental emergency and not being able to chew due to severe pain. The employee stated No that I could not substitute the hard apple chips or hard baguette for a softer pastry . I don't want the chips apple and baguettes because they were to hard so the restaurant keep the side and would not allow me to substitute in any of their offerings for a softer pastry or dish. . The restaurant gave me the very small bowl of soup with dried food debris all over it. It was so gross. I had to go back and ask for a sanitary bowl for the very small bowl of soup. The dried food debris must have been on the bowl for a long time because it appeared crusty. Very disatified with this restaurant. The very small bowl of soup with no side was approx 10 dollars and the restaurant would not allow an exception of substitute considering my dental emergency and tooth pain. They kept the side and charged me the same price of approx 10 dollars for a very small bowl of soup with no side . I am not satisfied.

Probably one of the best Panera locations I've seen. Outdoor patio is great. Staff is quick, attentive, stressed. To-go orders get stolen, so you'd better be standing, gawking or app-order on-site. Corporate needs to re-design that process using numbers instead of names and have an angry teenager shout out the number. With inflation today, these are mostly revenge thefts from 'loyal' customers, entitled yuppies with a gambling problem gone kepto. Rarely, sloppy grabbers who think it's their order or a late door dasher. That's speaking as a former retail manager who had no problem confronting scenarios.

Out of all the Panera locations, the slowest WiFi and I have visited over ten across this area and other states. I get at most 3-4 mbps in both directions. The hot water is not connected in one of faucets in the men's bathroom. I am surprised considering this location is in a nice shopping area. I prefer the one 10 mins away by a Walmart in Sherwood. The WiFi there is 26 mbps down and 13 mbps up. I wish I could give this location 4 stars, and I didn't give it only 2 because everything else here is high quality and exceeds where all other casual dining restaurants gravitate. Context: I have been here twice in the same week.
