Subway

We ordered via seamless at 8:30 p.m., a full 30 minutes before they were closed. They then called and said that they would not make our order because "we ordered too late." Then they changed their story and said that their machine wasn't working. Not sure what machine makes a cold sandwich... Extremely annoyed with this level of unprofessionalism.

terrible! i went here once on my lunch break hoping to just get a quick bite to eat right. and the lady at the front was the only one in there which i had no problem with but i ordered a 12 inch spicy sub politely with my boyfriend, and she gave me a really bad attitude when I asked if I could add things on i had to repeat the question twice and she misunderstood and my boyfriend had to injected. it would’ve been an okay experience if she would’ve just not given me a terrible attitude. besides the terrible customer service the place was relatively clean.

The 2 stars are not pointed at the young people behind the counter. This review goes to the management/owner of just this subway. I always went to this location for my subs but this past Sunday what not a good experience. It used to be every time I went there I would see the same faces behind the counter and know my sub will be how I like it. But the last two times different faces. I asked the untrained workers behind the counter where is this person or that person all he said is management S**Ks and people keep quitting. So I need to find another good subway.

As an employee of this subway I can say the owner of the store is an amazing person he’s very kind and understanding but the store does need work I’m sure you will see that the lines get out the door around 11:30-2pm But it’s for good reason, people like what we serve, the store has improved a ton since I started and will continue to do so but the support of the customers is what really counts

I made an online order, because of corona, and as I walked into the store, 30 minutes later after I made my online order they still weren't ready with my order. They weren't busy at all, so I assumed they would have made it by then. I even had to ask about my order and after I asked they started actually making it. I waited another 10 minutes for them to finish and a lady rudely handed it over to me. When I got home and opened up the bag, my 3 sandwiches were completely destroyed and all messed up. My orders weren't even correct either.. I wouldn't recommend this subway to other people, unless they want to wait a long time and get their orders wrong.
