The lobby actually was closed,but doors were unlocked for some reason.
I didn't want to eat inside just order my food,because the drive thru line was unreal. My kid had to use the bathroom and upon entering the ladies room we found a blunt wrapper on the floor. When I got home we realized that most our soft tacos were actually hard one's instead,my cinnamon twists,the cinnibon bites and my kid's fries were all missing.

The quality of food here is so up and down. I would say 2 in 5 trips is satisfactory. I understand it's a fast food joint, but there are some employees that just don't care here

Always love taco bell. They have mobile ordering. They are quick and accurate. And most times polite. Most all the stores in Troy area are good.

The worker taking the drive thru sounded like they were eating while taking our order. They were short and not friendly. The food was subpar. Most likely not coming back to this location.
