The staff is very friendly and the store is organized nicely. The equipment and general cleanliness is awful. The slushie machine doesn't work about 10 percent of the time and it is disgusting to look at. Dirt is everywhere and the floors and stickiness is terrible. In some spots I need to put energy to lift my foot up. But it's a 711 not a hotel so I don't expect to be the nicest place in the world.

The absolute worst management, extremely rude. You can tell they never clean the inside of the slushy machine just by the way it taste. When I bought a frozen coke all I can taste in it is the other fruity flavor slushys that where next to the frozen coke. If I get a coke then I expected it to taste like coke. That just tells me you don't clean your slushy machines. This place is trash, especially the management!

This place is dishonest. When paying in cash, you will not get the correct change. The "mistakes" are 100% in their favor. You will be shorted anywhere from a dime to five dollars depending on how much you give them. It's so bad that I even wrote a letter to 7-11 Headquarters about it. No response from them. If you want to go to this place, make sure that you use a debit or credit card. DO NOT PAY IN CASH.

Today my son wanted to buy carton of cigarettes. He doesn't have driver licence, he has only green card.He is 29. Employee named Noor asked him about ID. My son showed him Green Card . He told: "It is not your ID I need Michigan State ID " and he didn't sell cigarettes!!! This is ridiculous!!! They create their own rules!!! Green Card is a government issued ID and is valid any where in US, not just in Michigan! I think, that the owner of the store should react accordingly! His employee named Noor showed no knowledge of the rules and inappropriate behavior to the client. I would like to hear the explanation of this behavior! Danuta
