Panera Bread

I always loved this place until TODAY! I came in because there was hair in food when I came to get lunch on Friday and due to me not working over the weekend I decided to go in today and mind you I didn’t want a refund, just my order remade! The manager at the time that was there TODAY this morning was pretty RUDE!! Not only did she try to make it seem like I was trying to get over but she wasn’t listening either! She had my food remade but IT WAS MADE VERY WRONG AND EXTREMELY POORLY!! Definitely gonna have to find a different location now!

i always felt like this food tasted like hospital food but nothing i usually eat was open so i went here. currently in the bathroom calling God himself for forgiveness and he is not picking up the phone!!!! Seriously what are they putting in this food?? And the Chipotle chicken sandwich is made with like canned shredded chicken not the delicious grilled stuff. I'm fighting for my life rn in this restroom

Terrible management. I walked in with an EMPTY Starbucks cup (I brought it in from my car to throw it out) and I was asked to leave before even having the chance to order something. I understand that you can't bring in other food and beverages, however 1. There is no sign saying that 2. The cup was EMPTY, he didn't even give me a chance to sit down and unpack before confronting me. 3. I was about to order something anyway, there are better ways to handle the situation than to use such a tough tone on one of your regular customers. If you're considering eating or getting some work done here, I suggest finding somewhere else. Half the tables are broken and the wifi rarely works anyway. Not to mention how dirty a table is when you go to work or eat on it. I usually walk out with a laptop full of crumbs. There are tons of coffee shops around the area that you can go to. Trust me, save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to go.
