I'm a bit disappointed that Sbarro's is nit offering dining trays because we're still in the midst of the pandemic and content would likely spill in the bag. The food was exclusive, though.

The food was cold even after he put it in the oven and the food tasted like it’s been out all day! The guy who took my order was the rudest person ever I think he should be fired! Totally ignorant and unprofessional will ever eat there again.

Mall food court stand. Meatballs is good but spaghetti is overcooked.

Service was great. The spinach stromboli was alright. I was expecting to find something more than just boiled spinach wrapped with pizzas dough. Usually stromboli has done cheese with possibly some aromatics. It should be served. with some sauce.

Had a poor experience here with cashier that could not make change and shorted me. When I spoke up about issue the cashier freaked out and no manager around. Called corporate with complaint. They paid me back and offered free food as apology. Unfortunately because of the cashiers reaction to a mistake I looked like the A-hole. I have not returned nor do I intend to since. This used to be a decent fast food pizza place.

Food is average at best (it's gone down hill though), but the real worst thing is the customer service. They need to do an employee overhaul because the chick fil a line could be 20x longer, and they'd still be faster than the sbarro line. Just slow and painful overall. Employees aren't friendly either. Finally, they don't try to give you the best possible deal for what you order. For non combo orders, they will ring you up the worst possible way (could have ran 2 combos but did it a different way which costed an extra $4).

Just went there to grab a quick bite and it was terrible. The food was at most edible, and the place screams health hazard. Tell the guy with long hair to wear an actual hat and not to run his hand threw his greasy hair in front of customers.
