I ordered 6 catering trays less than 24 hours for pickup. Enough to feed 90 people at the TDCJ Ellis unit. It was for the officers working in the heat in the buildings. I don’t know how they do it. I explained that to the subway staff. Not only was the order ready early. It was beautiful! Plenty of extras, plus I got the veggies on the side. Amazing job Subway! You’re the best franchise in the Huntsville area!

The employees are spectacular and I know they work very hard and the sandwiches are decent. What I do not like and I know because I saw for my own eyes that the tip jar container the owner took out the money and put the paper money and directly into her front pocket. I asked an employee what was up with that and she said that I have to hand the tip directly to her otherwise the owner takes the money. For shame on you owners, come on!

The lady that made our sandwiches came out of her car with gloves already on. She then tried to make our sandwiches with same gloves when we asked her to change them she got a real bad attitude with us. We then watched her proceed to clean tables and such and then make someone elses sandwiches with the same gloves on. Sorry but that's just nasty.

We love the Subway in Trinity. The service is always so kind, friend, and clean!!! It is one of the healthiest place to eat in Trinity. I highly recommend them!
