Ruby Tuesday

National chain located in a newer large strip center with several other national chains. Located on US Rte 130 North, plenty of surface parking. Navigation can be tough when busy, pay attention to the traffic signage. On this lunch visit the location was not very busy maybe 8-10 tables. Our server was very polite and attentive. Starting with the salad bar, we had lots of options including potato salad, pasta salad and traditional offerings. The food was served quickly and very hot. Sliders with fries were fine, nothing exceptional. The 1/2 rack of ribs with original bbq sauce was a good choice, thanks to the servers suggestion. A little sweet for my tastes, I will stay away from the sweeter sauces. Overall a fine visit, not a destination I would seek but fine.

Service is usually very good. The endless salad bar is usually well stocked and fresh. I ordered a cabin ribeye cooked rare the other day. But it came to the table medium-well. I was going to send it back, but decided to taste it first. It was so juicy, tender, and delicious, I decided to keep it as it was.

Absolutely AWFUL! Ordered takeout at 8:13PM and was told it would take 20 to 25 minutes. Arrived at the restaurant at 8:35PM and was expecting to wait an additional 10 minutes for my order. After 40 minutes, I inquired about the status of the order. Mind you, it was pouring outside and there were maybe 5 patrons in the entire restaurant. At 9:10PM (almost an hour later) the takeout order was given to me. Prior to leaving the restaurant, I checked the food and the ENTIRE order was wrong!! How is it possible that a restaurant has practically no guests and it takes an hour for a takeout order (only two dishes) and it is wrong?!? I ask the manager for a refund and she looks at me like I am crazy!! Absolutely the worst Ruby Tuesday I have visited and I have visited quite a few through out the country!

Well, let me begin. The staff was courteous, I'll give them that. 6 people were waiting to be seated ahead of us, waited almost 10 mins for a booth. My order was not satisfactory, the mashed potatoes were runny. My friends broccoli was tasteless. Our first drinks were watery and tasted as such. When the second round came, our same drink was a different color and taste. Salad options suck. So does dessert. Sorry, not a go to for me.
