Costco

Costco is a great Wholesale store. It's the most wonderful time of year and its definitely reflected in Costco. During my visit I did not have to wait in line to enter the store. They are enforcing members to wear a mask, for everyone's protection. The store was clean. Rush was at peak, toilet paper and water bottle cases are running out again. Their roasted chicken is good and at a very affordable price. Sometimes it runs out soon so you have to wait. Their signature bakery goods are amazing. They sell one of the best cheese cakes at a very affordable price. This store is great, staff is great and the members try to check you out quickly.

This location has a good selection of product. The store is usually pretty orderly and clean. For those I would give this location a four star. After visiting this location as many times as I do, I can honestly say this is one of the most impolite stores in the Costco system I've been to. If I could split the stars and give four to the inventory and cleanliness, I would. However this store gets its lowest star count of two. The employees at this location are being led to believe It's okay to not engage with customers, to ignore customers, and, to at times, completely snub customers. I'm calling on the leadership of this location to address your group, maybe give them some training. Then again maybe you don't have to worry about how the customers are treated. maybe you already know there's no competition for you in this area. No matter how the customers are treated they're most likely going to end up coming back and spending their hard earned money buying the products that you provide. If you want specific examples of how I've seen employees treat customers at your store I'd be happy to give them to you. It seems like every time my girlfriend and I leave this location we look at each other shaking our heads! You're better than this, Costco

I shop at Costco a lot every one of them is clean good customer service. The manager Mike is awesome! But for the first time today I ran into the rudest customer service representative I've ever come across her name was Jasmine or Jazzy not sure. You should really have a talk with this girl. She was snotty and the worst customer service I've ever had.

Normally a great place to shop, yesterday was different. I waited 30 minutes to be helped, this was after I called in ahead of time about tires for my Lexus. I Bought 500$ worth of tires, and was told over an hour later after waiting that they could not replace my tires because the person who had put them on last stripped my wheel.locks , kinda just handed me my key and said go get it fixed somewhere then we can do the tires. Well hold up , I.already bought the tires . I wasnt.given.the option.of getting my.money back , or referring me to a local shop that does thst kind of work because obviously Costco tire shop is above getting the damaged wheel locks off , putting the tires I had purchased on my vehicle as they could have sold me new wheel.locks, just seemed like everyone there couldnt wait to get off of work . Its two days later and I still havent heard back from a message I left yesterday morning . Wheres the customer service for a member whos been with Costco for 25 plus years ?????
