Something happened towards the end of 2021, potentially new management? Regardless, I’ve been coming to this location for ten years and the experience has always been hit or miss in terms of timeliness and accuracy of the order. For the past few months, the execution has been commendable. Friendly and professional customer service..we get what we ordered..we’re in and out of the drive thru line in 5 minutes or less. 5 stars from this guy, keep up the solid work.

It seems like this location has new management because everything has been ON POINT lately. Ample about of sauce in the cups, perfect portion of ground beef; speedy service with no errors. Whoever made my beef quesadilla last night on Feb 25 around 9pm deserves a raise. I appreciate workers like you so much!

I do not think I can continue to support this chain or establishment when nothing I order goes as planned.
I was thrilled that they were serving the Chaluppa box again. I ended up ordering 2, with the exception that one box contain a soft taco and the other a hard taco incuding 2 medium Brisk Mango Fiesta, plus an extra burrito to go.
I was asked if sauce was needed and given the choice of either mild, medium, or spicy, and asked for medium. As I drove to the window, I was handed my beverages first, one at a time, and then handed my drink along a bag. The boxes the food is served in are very flimsy, and I almost dropped my meal.
I do not live far from this establishment and was on the brink of returning my order, but I had no strength to do so. I was within my right to return my order and request a full refund. The drink alone was warranted a refund. The drinks were watered down and had no reference to the mango flavor that it should be. The burritos were made with no care that they fell apart as soon as we unwrapped the wrapper on the burritos.
I wish I returned the order and took photos.

Always do their best to serve the customers. General manager make sure to come out and have a conversation to make sure we are getting the right products and best service. This is what a business needs. He is doing the right thing at this location.

Usually this location does well, but this time I ordered 4 items from the app, the 2 normal ones were fine. The 2 I customized were wrong, most annoyingly the steak upgrade that I paid for and didn't get (it might have had beef, but I didn't find a single piece of steak) and I asked that onions and tomato be left out and they were not.

My experience with the specific location was amazing. Very friendly people. The general manager here is amazing. He surely knows how to make a customer happy. I will always choose this location when I crave for tacos. Thank you Lochraven Tacobell.

I was having an almost perfect day when I arrived at Taco Bell this afternoon with my baby girl and order her not your fries and some slushies at 5:00 or almost 5:00 and when we got to the register the window my daughter decides to say my I want a burrito as well so I told that guy the cashier to add on a burrito he said I'm sorry man but we can't add on to the orders at the window I said what well that's new because I go to Taco Bell almost every week especially on Fridays and Thursdays and now you can't add on at the window that's wow I was so unhappy because it's not everyday my daughter wants a burrito and for her to say that and I don't have to fight with her to eat it I was just so upset with them I thought the customer was always right until I came here today I guess I need to visit McDonald's more often

I've been here several times and each time my order is wrong. Different times of the day as well. Not sure why the employees are unable to get it right. Won't be going back.
