My order is always correct but... there is always a sign at the door saying they open at 11 a.m. or 11:30 am. When you walk in the food is not ready and you need to wait more. The employees are very nice. I just wish I wouldn't have to wonder what time to arrive. I need my order at 11 to bring mom her lunch.

I don't see the reason for so many NEGATIVE reviews for this location so I decided to visit the place. I'm a Doctor from the nearby hospital so I walked over and I was greeted by a nice Chica at the counter. She was polite and quickly took my order. While I was waiting, I looked around the lobby. It was still early in the morning when they just opened up. The place looked clean and everything was neatly in it's place. I noticed that the Mexican ladies working in the food prep area were efficiently putting together my order. In about 5 minutes my order was done. The Chica gave me my bag and she said "Thank you".
I did notice that the prices were higher than what was posted on it's website. I guess you can blame that to inflation.
Anyways I had a pleasant experience here at this location and that I will tell my staff to come to this location for their KFC cravings.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered dinner for delivery for my family while on vacation. Upon receiving the order, half was missing, HALF!!!! I called the location 20 times no answer, called driver no answer...called corporate and was "accidently" disconnected the first time. When I finally reached them they did me a "favor " and refunded half...their idea of half was more like a third. I explained I would rather have the food, and the audacity of this person "I refunded half so you can just reorder". Um how about you learn to communicate with your locations? Why should I have to pay delivery twice and tip twice for food I never recieved? Horrible customer service in all areas from KFC! I will never order from them again.

Placed a delivery order and waited. A half hour later, I got an email that my order had been cancelled, no explanation given. So I resubmitted the order. After another half hour, I got another cancellation email, again with no explanation. I tried to call, and they wouldn't answer the phone. Can I really call it "bad service" when I didn't receive any service at all?

The drive thru was slow, one car ahead of us and it still took long.
The drive thru speaker was bad, and hard to understand both ways.
It was expensive, and the food was old, and they got our order wrong even after confirming twice. I ordered chicken tenders combos and they sold us 3 piece chicken meals. I asked for Sierra Mist and water, they gave us Pepsi and Sierra Mist.
The biscuit was tough and the chicken was dripping oil and was flavorless.

They accept EBT again! I miss the fish n chip's and the TV. But hey, it's a clean KFC location.

For the third time stopping at this location and ordering a classic chicken sandwich, I received two pieces of over cooked chicken strips in the sandwich instead of a piece chicken. This only happened on the weekend which goes along with the rude attitude of the staff.

We ordered 4 separate orders of beyond chicken nuggets and we were only given 5 honey mustard sauces. Plus we were missing one order of fries. Lazy people work there that don’t care.
