Routleys

Popped in to grab some lunch today at the Gilbert st Torquay store. The girl behind the counter was lovely and friendly. Fast service. Reasonably priced. My husband had a sausage roll and I had the steak pepper pie both were extremely yummy. And we ended up buying a four pack of the jelly slices and caramel slices for afternoon tea and for our journey home tomorrow. They look very can't wait to try them.

This is the worst service I have ever had from a Routleys store. It was about 1.45pm when I came in to grab a sandwich, there were three girls behind the counter totally not interested in me or what I wanted. They were too busy chatting between themselves, one standing at the counter picking her nails. I paid for my goods and she nearly forgot to give me my sandwich. Still the three were chatting. It was like their day was over and they had nothing to do. I won't be back to that store ever.
