This is not a bad Starbucks. Coffee tastes good but customer service is not the greatest. Location is prime and it has a good patio.

Fast and very friendly service. Mobile orders are consistently processed within a few mins of ordering. The outdoor patio has a good airflow that keeps it cool in the summer. This Starbucks is also located inside a historical building that is designated as a Heritage Site.

Exceptional, friendly service. Love the location. My motivation to go was to get the promotional cup for the winter season but I got there late. Was a fun experience nonetheless. It's near ROM and some UofT buildings. I recommend this location and the Irish cold brew coffee - delicious

2020.10.01. Second visit. The morning walk today was on Bay St North. We picked the streets that has sun. Then on Bloor St West with a quick stop to grab a hot Americano from Starbucks on Bedford St. Then continued the walk on St. George St to College, Univetsity then home. The Starbucks location was busy from UofT students but workers are very helpful.
2020.09.28. The first walk of the day was to on Bay St to Bloor St and the walk was on Bloor St West. The stop was at a new Starbucks location. There was 3 Starbucks on the road but I picked a new stop. The regular was ordered. Hot Americano. Consistent Flavour. Other local cafes have a different touch but none on my way.

Beautiful vibe, kind staff, and great drinks. This Starbucks is a great location to have meetings, study, or just to grab your daily caffeine. Lots of chairs & tables are available. I really liked the interior design of this cafe.
