This location is mobility accessible. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was not busy at around 4:30pm on a weekday. They had a lot of online orders but only 3 customers while I was there. My burger had an amazing flavour and tasted like it came from a mid-high end restaurant. The quantity of fries I got with my order was crazy. I had enough fries from a large order for 2 meals. I was really impressed with my experience today!

Food is good as expected, but the staff and security went above and beyond the call of duty! Was eating on Mar 18 Friday late afternoon, and there was an unexpected incident involving a homeless person causing a disturbance to everyone in-store. Security was firm, professional and the staff took extra precautions to ensure customer safety. They deserve a raise/promotion.

Food I not worth the money, location is dirty. They only have one functioning washroom. The washroom code is NOT on the receipt so after you read the sign on the washroom door, you have to go back UPSTAIRS to get the code. If you want a good burger go to Gladiator Burger or Burger Factory. Don't waste your time or money.

Great burger joint! The patties are well-seasoned, the topping options are great and the fries are really really good. The patties are made fresh to order so when it's busy here there can be quite a wait so I recommend munching on their complimentary salted peanuts while waiting at your table nearby. They call the order numbers pretty loudly so you can hear them from pretty much anywhere in the restaurant. I also appreciated the fact that they mention where their potatoes come from and every location I've been it has been a Canadian farm, which is nice! I had the bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions, mayo, lettuce, tomato and grilled onions and it was delectable! That cheese is SO GOOD! Out of all the burger joints with this restaurant style of separate items, no combos and fresh to order, Five Guys beats Burger's Priest, Holy Chuck's, Gangster Burger, South Street Burger and Big Smoke Burger -- they truly are the kings of overall flavour and value!
