Panera Bread

Placed an ASAP to go order because I was in a hurry. App said my order was ready. Walked to grab it from the “to go” rapid pick up area. My order was not there. Told the staff, who seemed very disorganized. They scrambled around and finally said they’d make my order. They claimed someone else took my food and that they can’t monitor the pick up station so it happens all the time apparently. Maybe make the pick up station more secure? As for the food, the $2 fruit cup was tiny and the fruit was old and inedible. The tuna sandwich I got was slapped together. I had to rebuild it when I got home. Very skimpy on the tuna and heavy on the greens. And the bread they used was so salty and gross. I hadn’t been here in over a year, the quality has gone way downhill. Probably another restaurant that just blames it on “Covid”.

Thank you to the morning staff for modification of a salad in drive through. Im allergic to onions and can't eat much meat any longer and most places give me grief for modification of a recipe but your team made me the perfect strawberry and avocado salad. I can't say thank you enough! I won't be sick tonight because I wanted a treat.

We had to stand in line for a long time for the cashier to tell “we ain’t have no sausage or cheese, we ain’t have no this or that”. We ordered smoothies and they came out in full liquid form. There didn’t appear to be anyone over the age of 17 working and all the employees were too busy messing around with each other to be concerned about the 7 customers in the store. This was the worst Panera experience I’ve ever had.

I bought a sandwich there today and accidentally set it for dine in at ASAP which ended up being noon. By 12:40 PM when I showed up for my sandwich THAT I HAD ALREADY BOUGHT AND PAID FOR it was not there. I had to wait while they prepared another one. And the manager there acted like he could care less.
