Cracker Barrel

This is the worst experience I have every had. The food was cold. The steak was supposed to be medium well but there was blood showing. They put my fried okra on the same plate as my meal so the okra nothing but mush. Went back to return meal I forgot apple pie at home. The manager got smart and ask me if I enjoyed the pie. I told him I haven't tasted it. So he end up returning only my money for the meal. Made me pay for pie and keep my tip. If I was them I would have comped my whole meal and gave me a gift certificate so I would come back but right now I'll never go back there I don't mean to play the race card but I am a black woman

Had a great breakfast here soon after it opened. Always enjoy coming to eat and see the variety of Knick knacks and snacks they offer. The food was great and nice sized, coffee wasn’t bad either. Overall, highly recommend a visit I’d you haven’t been. Plenty of weapons on the wall in the event of a zombie apocalypse too, so that’s a nice feature as well. 😊

It was pretty good. Our waiter was attentive. The food was mostly hot. I like their biscuits. The place was clean. We went a little bit after the regular lunch hour and most of the tables were completely cleared off and cleaned. Maybe one or two still had a plate or two when we walked in but they were quickly cleared away. Sometimes they don’t get that done for a while but this one did at least on that particular day.

Editing 2022, June . Everyone was helpful and polite. Corporate customer service was especially nice and reached out to me but I still don't think I'll go back to this particular location. Updated June 2022: worst experience ever in my life. Worst food ever, totally ashamed to go here. To top it off, they overcharged me about $6 for some unknown reason as I forgot to get the receipt. Served a brick hard black totally dry sausage patty nothing resembled food at all unless you compare it to prison food maybe . Nothing looked like when we went last year, it's like they served literal garbage . The floor was filthy like they could not be bothered . And they changed the menu, eliminated half of it anyway and increased prices to top it all off. Will never return to this location. Absolutely humiliating.

The Worst Cracker Barrel we have ever been to and I don't plan on ever returning to. We Love Cracker Barrel Very Much and when we see one, that's my First Choice. It was a Sunday and we beat the Church Crowd and they weren't too busy. However, it took Our Waiter and the Kitchen Forever to get Our Food to us. People came in after we had ordered and several tables received their food way before we did. It was just my husband and I and the other Guest at the Tables had at least four or more in their Party. When you wait for 30 to 40 minutes to get your food, it's Very Frustrating and Leaves a Very Nasty Taste in your Mouth. I had planned on making several Big purchases from the Shop but declined because of the Time spent waiting on our food and the Waiter was Very Slow and was a Poor Waiter I had to have someone else get me some Tea after I waited forever after asking our Waiter for a refill. Thank goodness I was able to catch someone else. We did purchase some Pancake Mix and Biscuit mix since it was at the Counter but changed my mind about purchasing anything else. We will never Visit this Cracker Barrel again.

Definitely my preferred place to get pancakes from!! The blueberry pancakes are to DIE for. Always fluffy and soft i love it. My only complaints- asked for water and it was tap water. Tasted like toilet water, pretty nasty. Second the side portions are small. Small scoop of hashbrown casserole and thin slice of ham. My friend wanted to sub his side for ham and they said it would literally be $7 to upgrade which is so insane. Other than that, food is always good!
