Wendy's

We visited Toledo with the family and had a craving for Wendy's; the kids actually wanted to go. The burgers were fresh, hot & juicy and the sides were all freshly made. The service was quick and the staff was very friendly taking the order. I really liked the Wendy's salad because the salad was pretty fresh and crunchy. I would really recommend this location .

Obviously this is fast food; nonetheless it was delicious. My husband had the double combo meal and I had a biggie bag with the double cheeseburger. We both felt that the beef was tender, juicy, and cooked just right. The fries were hot and crispy just like the ad promises. My sandwich was the smaller version, but it was just the right size for me. The nuggets were quite good too. I used the honey mustard dipping sauce and it was really tasty with a nice tang to it. The restaurant was clean and the people were friendly. We will be back.

If this was the Wendy's on Central near Reynolds Rd, our experience was terrible. When we got in there everyone was swearing. The black woman I think was the manager, said, I'm just going to close the dining room. We were the only couple in there. We are white. We turned and left and went to another Wendy's down Central Ave. Are experience was great.

I ordered curbside service which had been very quick in recent visits for me, which was 5 minutes or so. I pulled into a designated parking spot and checked in. Minutes have gone by and while waiting I saw several cars arrive after me for the drive thru. All cars received their orders very quickly. After 13 minutes sitting there I was about to call the location to see if they knew I was there but I saw a girl coming out to me. I told her I never had to wait this long and was ready to call to check my order. She said “I knew you were here, but then….” and she shrugged like it was no big deal. She at least told me to have a good day. I give her that, but seems she needs to work on her customer service skills. My order was good but no napkins provided. I will come back but with my experience in today’s visit, it seems like this location is lacking when it comes to the little things that can make a customer’s experience better or worse.
