This East Manhattan location usually has good service. This morning was horrible. I don't mind the extra wait in line. I realize sometimes they are understaffed. As I waited in line, I noticed cars behind be leaving the drive thru line. After almost 8 mins. I finally made it up to order only to me told they were closing. I was very disappointed.

Guess I don't understand the point of placing my order for mobile pick up if I have to wait in the drive thru line. Fries were hot, sandwiches were cold and 1 was burnt. Sadly disappointed

Amazing how much the McDonald's differs around town. Customer service was fine and 0 complaints there. Quality of food was not of quality at all. People can only work with what they're given, and I can't help but wonder what this location is given.

The McDonald's on Manhattan is the best in Northwest Ohio, the 🍟 fries were hot perfectly salted, best we have had in 20 years. The quarter pounders were perfect also. 🥰 A very pleasant surprise. Please keep up the excellent customer service. Yes I ordered on the mobile app and picked up in the drive thru on a Friday night.

Their pretty good about speed and I only had one oder before that they forgot something, but when I called they was nice about it and replaced my whole order.

Today on jamuray 29 2022 at 5:20 something in the morning I called this McDonalds because they're supposed to be 24/7 and ask them if they were open they said yes I said then why am I sitting at the drive-thru for over 15 minutes the only car here and you guys are not the speaker it's lazy then I hung up they have the nerve to call me back and leave a threatening voice mail on my phone whoever did it enjoy the warrant that's coming
