I went here on a Tuesday night after 11pm. The gentleman taking my order was funny and energetic. It was truly his energy that made me order as much as I did. I was only going there for a loaded baked potato and a free chili from a Toledo Walleye promotion, and I ended up getting a salad, spicy nugs, and a med fry just because this guy was lit. I pulled up to the window and he was wearing a Looney Tunes button up that was fire! I showed him the Walleye game on my phone because I told him his shirt was awesome and he said mine (my Walleye jersey) was awesome. AND THE FOOD WAS ALL CORRECT AND DELICIOUS. The other people who helped him were friendly, too! Much better than this place has been in awhile! Bravo guys! Good to see people taking pride in their job! GREAT EXPERIENCE TONIGHT. Thank you!

Every time I go here, and I do mean every time. My food is messed up, old, or sumthin is wrong. Well this time I only wanted a bake potato with extra bacon and chives.. and look what I received. Not to mention the line was wrapped around the building, so I waited 12 minutes for this bull. Tried calling for about 20 minutes before I left this review... Irritating

Usually when I come here the drive thru wait isnt long. The last 3xs the wait has been more than 10mins. Tonight I sat at the speaker for 10 mins and no one said "just a moment I'll be with you" or anything. Then they charge me almost $9 for my order all for it to be wrong. I know 3 cookies and a lrg drink isnt $9 (I didn't receive my whole order). I had to wait another 10 mins just to get my order right. They need to work together & lower the wait time for ppl to get their meals

This is why I don't like drive thrus, I knew my order was going to be screwed up when they gave me just Fries at the window, I said I ordered 4 Biggie Bags, myself a Bacon double stack, there was no Bacon, no Sweet and Sour Sauce for my Chicken Nuggets, and some fries were burnt, my wife ordered a Jr. Bacon, the meat had red in it, my daughter ordered a Jr. Bacon, there was no mayo, no Sweet and Sour Sauce, and burnt fries, my son ordered a Bacon double stack, there was no bacon and burnt fries, I'm done with Wendy's.

I went through the drive thru where the line took a long time, when I got to the speaker and was told I could order, halfway through I was interrupted and told that someone else was going to take my order. 10 whole minutes later and nobody had tried to take my order while I watched cars in front of me be helped and drive off, disappointed in the service I received.

Ordered on line to pick up in drive thru waited 15mins before any one took my order several people pulled out of line because they were tired of waiting got to window and they were out of pink lemonade so I took regular I pre payed order in app extra charge I paid for pink lemonade not refunded fries were hot sandwiches were luke warm 🤨 I feel like I wasted my time and money $19.15 down the drain

I've ordered curbside twice from the app now, and both times, I waited in the car in their curbside zone and after waiting 25 minutes with no one coming out, I've gone in and my food is just sitting there and then they hand it to me. If they don't want to run food out to the cars that's fine, but don't offer it as an option then serve cold food after refusing to bring it curbside.
