Papa Johns Pizza

No direct number to call the store I got a nswering service and I have ordered from this store in the past and the food was hot and delicious but this time the answering service lady barley spoke English and kept making me repeat what I was saying finally got the order how I wanted it took my card information and then told me my card was declined I said that can't be possible there is plenty of money on my card then she hung up on me!!! I'll never order from them again if I can't call and get the store directly!!! You lost a good customer that has sownt a lot of money at your store in your store in the past

When I arrived to pick up my order, I was greeted by Tay, who said she was the GM. She told me my order was almost ready so I sat and waited. When my order came out of the oven, Tay asked me if the pizza looked done to my liking. She explained that sometimes with the crust toppers the pizzas can need a couple extra minutes. I took her up on the offer and asked that it be cooked a few more minutes. I was super impressed that she asked instead of just handing me a pizza that may or may not have been cooked all the way. I was taking the pizza to my boyfriend at work so there would have been no way for me to cook it longer once I left the store. After having a few bad customer service experiences while dining out lately, it was so nice to see someone who cares about the product they are serving. Keep up the good work, and keep being a great example for your employees!

This location used to be great. It's the only Papa John's close enough to deliver to my house so I have bit my tongue and stuck with it. The last few orders have been horrid and I'm not sure I'll order here again. My pizza arrives cold and the last time it looked like the driver played frisbee with the pizza box, as you can see.

When I ordered my pizza over the phone I knew I was talking to a foreigner. But little did I know he was in India ! ! When I went to pick up my food it was not ready. The Papa John employee advised me it would be another 15 to 20 minutes. When I asked him where the call center was that's when I found out it was India. I could tell the Papa John employee has had other issues with the call center from our conversation. He advised me to order online the next time or push option 5 on the keypad of my phone. That would get me right into the store. The food was just fine. Not sure if the call center in India is such a good idea though. 😐 DALE

Absolutely terrible. Hung up on 3 times just trying to talk to someone to order. Then the person who answered said I can’t place a pickup order because my phone number was not displayed properly on their Caller ID. I call back and then I can’t understand half of what the guy was saying (trying to sell me food I didn’t want come to find out) because his accent was so strong. Told 25-30 min wait on cheessticks?!? Not good business at all!

There team was overly swamped last night with orders for days, I had my order placed on line to pick up at 515, they called me about 415 and told me they are extremely short staffed and that they had lost power and It just came back on and they were behind. I told her it's ok in not picking it up to 515. She said ok.... thanks for understanding. I got there at 5:05 and there were 2 people working running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The guy Mike? Was overly stressed. He told me that he had orders on his screen that he can't even see, I told him it was fine i totally understand. Yes I might have had to wait a bit for my order to be ready but I was ok with that considering the circumstances. I gave 5 stars for the effort they were putting forth.
