This place is one of our absolute local favorites. Certainly the best Thai food in Tillamook County, and likely the entire Oregon coast.
The curries are a favorite (iykyk ;) ). Salad rolls are always fresh. Drunken noodles and Pad Thai are great. She usually only prepares the mango sticky rice when mangoes are in season, so it's usually very good too.
The atmosphere is warm and inviting, despite being a food cart. Food is best to-go, rather than trying to eat in the windy outdoor eating area. She prepares everything from scratch, so it can be helpful to phone in your order ahead of your arrival.
Go, and you won't be disappointed!

Sab is an pleasant departure from the otherwise lackluster food options in Tillamook; I will be eating here often.

Got food here for the first time today. And wow! Amazing flavor! The peanut sauce had some spice. The pho broth was the most flavorful and rich I have ever had. And the little meatballs were well seasoned too. Also love the peppers. It was the perfect heat. Well done!

We stopped here after visiting the Tillamook Cheese Factory. Ordered chicken pad Thai, crab puffs, and pot stickers. Everything was excellent!! Very flavorful. The crab puffs were easily the best I've had in a really long time.

Love this place it’s probably my favorite food truck in Tillamook. I love the authenticity, and the owner is super friendly. I highly recommend the Pad Thai. The pictured fried rice is very tasty as well.

I eat here at least twice a week and have never been disappointed. Great, authentic Thai using only the freshest ingredients. They will also cook to order even if it's not on the menu. Their portions are huge and the taste is, well, "off the chain"! Nothing but love for the Sab crew; the best Thai food on the coast!

This cart has some of the best food ever. i LOVE the pad thai and the potsticker 🤤 i wish i lived in town so i could have it every day. She is also the sweetest woman on the planet. highly recommend to everyone because this woman deserves the business!
