Watched a customer with her service dog get screamed and yelled at by an irate employee who had no idea what he was talking about. I've never in my life seen anything like it before and I am truly embarrassed that I had to witness it. Avoid this store because not only are they extremely rude and demeaning, but they do not know a thing about federal laws. I hate to see the hot water this company is about to be in. But then again I hope they get exactly what they deserve. Educate your employees before you hire them. Now I see why this place has 2 stars and the owner doesn't respond to any reviews. If be embarrassed too!

Generally I like this store but the current manager is rude. I came it to buy an ice coffee and some bottled water and I accidentally knocked over my iced coffee ( with a lid on top mind you ) and he was ringing me up and he tisked at me.. the then cleaned it up as I apologize at least twice loud enough for him to hear.. he then asked if I wanted a bag for my water bottles and I said yes please trying not to cry.. he then bagged my water and he flicked the bag saying " here " in a rude fashion.. upset by the remark I grabbed my things and stormed out in tears.. I had never felt so badly about spilling a little bit of iced coffee in my life.. I had just got off work from a 4am-8am shift.. I'm still crying and it's 20 minutes later.. bad service on his part.

I worked for Saedeh and Houshang for 7 months. Was a dedicated and committed employee. Unfortunately, they don't do the same. They have no concerns for their employees and treat em as expendable. They demand your energy and commitment, but give nothing in return. Just horrible bosses to work for. And horrible people in general. I was wrongfully terminated from my job there for discussing spirituality with Houshang on my day off!!! The day they terminated me, Saedeh had a Sheriff waiting. Never once was I a problem. Never spoke about Religion or spirituality while on duty. Never received any warnings or told it was inappropriate. The Manager Ginger talks about Church all the time. Never terminated. Not to mention Ginger loves to discuss her personal business at work, even when an employee is trying to handle his duties. She likes talking about her previous addictions and sexual experiences with men. Just very inappropriate. Not a great business. Stay away from these people. Not good people. Was at the store earlier today. Saw Ginger and was expressing my disappointment that she did not stand up for me and was kicked out. Ginger is a former meth addict, who would continuously try to discuss her drug history or relationships, even when I would never encourage it. There is something wrong with you, it's inappropriate to discuss how you use to do meth and pills and how the only way you could get excited for a long time was having men put meth and pills in your rear. I was there to work. Never shared my past or personal life. So, why she felt comfortable as a manager sharing this with an employee who does not interact with you inside or outside of work like that is inappropriate. But, I guess being a meth head who is white, is still better than a polite black Employee who minds his business and doesn't tell huh? Horrible place to be employed. When Oregon law protects individuals from Termination' for discussing Religion. Don't support a store that does this to people.

The worse place ever. Worse customer servics I've ever experienced. I was in there to grab bags of donuts for my son and niece for in the morning. There was only 2 price tags they both said the same price. I go up to check out and the hostess where .50 more then what the tag said. I showed him the price tags. I then I asked for a price over ride. He refused. I said that's false advertising you have to give it to me. He refused again. I then asked for him to call store manager. No it's past evening. I also work in a convenient store. I know he can call no matter the hour. I refused to pay. Left. Went to the other 711 bought the same donuts that where marked correctly.

RUN!!!!! Go the the 7-Eleven on SW Hall Blvd. This 7-Eleven right here, charges you $2.79 for a 20oz. Bottle of Coke! Yes, you heard me right! A TWENTY OUNCE! NOT A TWO LITER! A TWENTY OUNCE! There is a big difference in marking something up to make money and marking something up to bust somebody's head! This 7-Eleven is trying to bust your head! That $2.79 is not even counting a bottle deposit! So your almost paying $3.00 for a 20oz. Do they think they are selling to inmates in the local detention center or something? If so I'd hate to see what a pack of cigarettes cost!
