Burgerville

Not sure why, but they are not serving water at their restaurant anymore, they want us to buy water. While every other Burgerville serves water. Myself and several customers had a conversation about it and the lack of customer service. This will hurt my opinion of Burgerville and my customer loyalty.

Called in an order to be picked up. (Only live 3 minutes from there). Got there and there was only one other person eating in the entire restaurant but they had just made a new batch of fries. I could see they had my bag of food under a heat lamp but what a joke. The fries in my bag were cold and soggy. Also it definitely didn’t look like a full order but more the end scrapings from an old batch. Every time I have eaten at this location the food has not been great. They are never busy so they can’t use being too busy as an excuse. For a med size drink a Tillamook burger and fries equaling $9.13 you would think they could at least give you hot food. Since this is my 3rd experience eating there not being impressed I won’t be back again which is sad because Burgerville used to be one of my favorite places. (They might want to consider waiting for the person to show up before they put the fries in the bag & stick it under a heat lamp. ( also for as much as we pay it might be nice to make it an actual full order of fries)
