I waited here for almost 2 hours and they had food ready and the trays. One guy kept coming outside and making snowballs to throw it as employees inside the restaurant. I watched 9 family’s in the time I was there instead go to little Caesar’s. THE FOOD WAS WAITING IN THE TRAYS FOR 2 HOURS. Worst Panda location. It was not even open at 12:30

Staff was nice but I became extremely frustrated when I got home and opened my container. There was only scraps left in the beef and broccoli bowl, I asked if more would be coming, they gave me the option to wait for more and I did. There was 3 pieces of meat and 3 huge broccoli stems in my container, I would of rather the scraps I had seen as it looked better. 😔😔 worked a long day and no lunch so was sadly disappointed

I know they are understaffed but the staff they do have is extremely rude. I had an online order and stood and waited for a good 5 minutes, with no one else in line, without even being acknowledged. 4 staff members just walked past me with their heads down. Finally someone acknowledged me and I told them my name and they grunted something and walked off.
Then I waited another 5 min and by this time a line has formed and I had to wait as they helped those people not bothering to even acknowledge me about the wait or give me an update on my food.
The Friday morning crew on Memorial Day weekend need to learn something about customer service.
I will not be back to this location ever again

The restaurant supposed to be opened at 10:30 am , they opened at 10:47 am. You guys must take care of the time you open, Or you should change the time opening in Google website!!

There was barely any chow mein left because the person in front of me had kids and had four orders. So, I asked that the server make sure to give me noodles and not just cabbage. Instead of just saying sure, she gives me attitude. Then when I ask for a little more noodles she basically she says that what she gave me is portion size despite giving the person in front of me heaps of noodles. I just wanted a little more, not like another serving especially since there wasn’t much left except for pieces of cabbages. Nope. Also, they were very stingy with portions. If this were a mom and pop restaurant I wouldn’t make a stink. I’d offer to pay more if I wanted extra. Well, I guess lesson learned about this location.

My buddy and I come in and there is literally no food. 10 more customers come in and still no food, 33mins later finally get our food. Seemed like all the employees were sleeping in the back or something. A bunch of kids who lack work ethic. Girl taking orders seemed to roll her eyes every time someone asked for something. Panda is awesome but please get your employees in check. Time is 3:36pm

I paid for a small A la carte box of honey walnut shrimp which I remind you has a premium charge on top of the regular price. They didn't even fill the box. Talk about a rip-off.
