Subway

Anyone complaining about a wait here is just terrible at life planning. Watched some douche with 4 orders at peak lunch time whine like a baby the entire time he had to wait. He tried to order staff around to fit what he believed they should be doing. The employees stayed calm and collected the entire time, and attempted to explain that they were just following store policy with how they were working. The employee that took my order while this was still happening was cheery and upbeat regardless, and I did not feel like it was a long wait at all. Online ordering ahead of time is for people in a rush, I advise doing that if you're a manchild like this guy was. Great staff, great quality, great speed. Keep up the awesome work guys.

Please beware and never visit this store. Today, I was absolutely craving a rotisserie chicken sandwich, however, the guy that was making my sandwich was absolutely horrid. Just so you are aware, he is a skinny male with dark brown hair and a dark brown beard. He had just come out of the restroom after spending about 10 minutes in there. Once, he came out and went back behind the counter, I noticed that he was moving very slowly and could barely keep his head up. When it was his turn to make my sandwich, he uncomfortably started at me without saying one word. He also kept mumbling and forgetting Simple instructions that were given to him. He kept moving his shoulders up and down and his head was just kind of slumped. His behavior is not a good look for the Subway chain. I am convinced that either this guy is on some heavy drugs, or is a severely recovering addict. He is the manager’s son so I guess that’s why they put up with his behavior. I would recommend that he be gone ASAP. I would never want someone like that to be handling my food. After carefully reviewing his unsettling behavior, I decided to leave. I’ll never be back to this location.

This Subway allows their employees to enjoy their full break in the dining area with out a mask. I spoke with assistant manager & tried to explain that the employee I saw was not eating but was just on his phone. There was no food anywhere in site from when I entered the store till I left the store with my food. I nor my family will be eating here anymore.

The guy who made the sandwiches was super sketchy and didn’t talk at all. He kept sniffling and avoiding eye contact. Seemed like he was crying. . I had to repeat each sandwhich multiple times.. one veggie at a time.. I had an order of 3 sandwhiches and he would slowly make one at a time .. then stand at the oven and sniffle. At one point he looked up at me and said “ I’m sorry” and just stared at me.. all three of us now have food poisoning and severe stomach cramps. Beware..

No lids were on anything..just stacked up. Very very slow moving staff. If your in a rush. Don't do it but if you have lil time and like good conversation and your sub perfectly put together then come here. Staff although bit slow are nice friendly and make sure they get everything right and neatly put together and wrapped up with out a huge mess waiting when u open it.. this is your place

As a service tech I spend most of my lunch breaks hoping for decent service and decent food. I don't typically expect much. Today as I walked in I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile and was quickly getting my sandwich started. As the process progressed the employee was asking questions regarding my sandwich and immediately preparing the steps. By the time I left I had spent merely 3-4 minutes and was exceptionally pleased with the efficiency behind the bar. Keep up the great attitudes, really made me happy. Excellent service to you all.

Usually when I go things are fine. Stuff tends to be a little slow but I'd rather slow and steady then fast and sloppy. Great taste, good price, just like any other Subway. Today what I went I asked about their 299 6 inch sub value menu. The last subway went to not far from here and when looking on the internet it said there was a certain sandwich on the value menu when I asked about the sandwich I was told it was not on the value menu. I didn't ask about another sandwich that I believed to be on the volume on you and was told that wasn't there either. The gentleman I spoke with was not very polite and also was hard to understand.
