Love this place. Eaten here many times. Unfortunately had a bad experience with an evening employee who had poor listening skills and was unqualified to wrap a burrito. I asked for lettuce and salsa to be added before completing the burrito which he ignored. When I stopped him to add the additions his response was to turn my burrito into a wet mess. I later asked for a new tortilla to transplant the ingredients to roll my own burrito. Once the ordeal what done, the employee went to talk on the phone with his underwear clearly showing and making comments how when they are dirty he just turns them right side out. Not so funny in a restaurant.

I got a sweet pork burrito. I took three bites because nothing should be judged on only one try. I threw the rest of the burrito in the trash because I made the honest assessment that it would be better to go hungry for the rest of the afternoon at work rather than eat any more of it. I don't know how someone thought that abomination deserved to be on a menu, but someone needs to send Gordon Ramsey to give your chef a dose of real talk. That is the least authentic and worst tasting Mexican food (if you would even consider it Mexican food) I have ever had in my life...and I've been to Taco Bell.

Don't know how to prepare a burrito. When I specified I wanted all ingredients inside the burrito I was asked 3 separate times if I wanted it smothered. Are smothered and inside the same thing? No. I didn't appreciate being talked to condescendingly. In a restaurant environment, you do what the customer requests as far as food prep. I would hate to see how your employees handle someone who has food allergies. Your customer service is trash. Shame, because what food wasn't ruined by their idiocy, was delicious.
