Starbucks

Saw this new location and was excited to try it out. I ordered an ice coffee with lots of creamer, light ice, and no classic. They tried twice, but couldn’t make it correctly. I also ordered a breakfast sandwich. I got wrong sandwich, and it was ice cold. They wouldn’t refund me my money, but they did give me two $4 vouchers. Find it hilarious that a multi-billion dollar corporation can’t refund $8. Manager/lead was nice, but they can’t pay attention to basic directions. The first girl i spoke to was too confused to understand I wanted extra cream, not an entire cup of cream (there was tiny amount of coffee at bottom of cup). It must still be a new store. If you are thinking of visiting, maybe wait until 1/01/2023. They may need some time to learn how to read a basic order.

First, the people there are very kind, and accommodating. However, my order is not correct most times. I generally order a simple coffee with half-and-half and a sweetener. Since Starbucks has decided that we can no longer put our own half and half or sweetener in our coffee, we have to rely on them to do it, and I’m fairly certain that about half the time they do not get it right. And The last several times I have been there the bacon egg and Gouda sandwich I order is frozen in the middle. My last visit I noted it to someone who worked there who offered to make me a new one. After getting the new one biting into it, again piping hot on the outside, still frozen in the middle.

I'm greeted each time I walk into this store. One time I ordered a drink and forgot to order it with alternative milk, due to my allergy, and as I told the barista she happily remade it for me on the spot before I could even get back in line to order it correctly with no charge. Almost all of the baristas here are so sweet and understanding! I would definitely recommend coming in. P.S. The drinks taste so much better here than any other Starbucks for some reason!

While I tend to shy away from corporate driven coffee shops, this is one of the most consistent Starbucks locations in terms of customer service and quality of coffee and food offerings. The friendly staff makes a conscious effort to remember you if you’re a regular and make you feel like a member of their family. They have a knack for providing fast yet efficient service that is sure to boost your day. In turn, it’s worth your while to drive the extra mile or two and visit this location. B+/A-

Ordered 2 drinks and 4 breakfasts. As I stopped for napkins I realized they didn’t put cream in my husbands coffee. Glad I found out before I left. They happily corrected it. I then left. As I am leaving the parking lot I realize they forgot my spoon. Went back and asked for a spoon. No sorry or oops forgot. Nothing. After we get back on the road, kids got their breakfast, I finally get a chance to drink my coffee, surprised to find my soy latte made with milk. Didn’t go back was already on I5. Definitely will not be going back to this Starbucks!
