My wife and I shared a pleasant Subway experience here on our way back down south from a weekend trip in the UP. The staff were quick and friendly, the food was good, and despite the COVID-19 precautions, the restrooms were available and clean.

Great Subway location! We live in Eagle River and rarely go to that Subway because many times they have 1 employee running the whole place! At least this Subway had 3 workers so the person handling the money didn't make our food. We will drive the 10 minutes to Three Lakes anytime we want Subway.

I've been all over wisconsin, and this is the first place I was shamed for not having a mask on. Connie told me I must wear a mask to be in the store. There are some of us who are not able to wear a mask for medical reasons.

Order online never recieved confirmation email and even enter wrong zip code!!!! Was charged twice for a total of 55 dollars. Went into store was told there wasnt a manager around and to leave my name and number. I left that store with out food or my money!!!! This is day two and still no call! Terrible. And ridiculous
