Pizza Hut

Always super fast and super friendly from my own experiences. Although not an in store comment I will always note that their Rewards Support is extremely cool and remember what being a human is like apparently; I logged on about a month ago only to discover my reward points had literally expired 2 days prior. I sent them a message and explained how I was unaware of the impending expiration otherwise I would have redeemed or made a purchase to extend my points expiration date and without even a single question, rude remark, or patronizing remark all my points were restore with another 6 months of life to boot. I can hands down state that Pizza Hut's reward program is 50x better than Domino's flip floppy struggle with whether or not they want to give away some of their bland cardboard to those unfortunate enough to have already choked it down 6 times prior. 🤣

I ordered from here and wanted to know if their brownies had tree nut allergy information so I called since their website does not have info about this. The person on the phone flat out refused to go look since they were busy. Obviously Pizza Hut doesn't care if my family member goes into anaphylactic shock and dies if they get even a shred of tree nuts with their meal.

Ordered a couple pizzas tonight thinking we would try out Pizza Hut. All of them were ordered as "well done." When they came, all of the pizzas were doughy and soggy. I called to let them know the error. The male that picked up was argumentative and told me in a smug tone, "well what do you want me to do about it?" Very disappointed with this company!

We have sold girl scout cookies in the parking lot across from this Pizza Hut the past month and it has been amazing. The manager has made sure the girls had what they needed and would bring them pizza and made sure they had water to drink and also bought cookies from them. This is a perfect example of a company going above and beyond! Their kindness and good will has definitely made me a huge fan of all the staff there! If only more businesses were like this. THANK YOU
