Subway

If I could give zero Stars I would this was the worst experience I ever had at any restaurant I have ever went to. I put in an online order and when I got there they told me that it hadn't gone through their system. I explained that it went through my account I showed him the app and show that they had gone through on my end of things but he kept saying that there was nothing they could do until it went through their system. He kept second guessing where I had ordered it from and he kept second-guessing me. Then after another customer called to check and see if they're on my order went through he finally told me that it won't charge my account even though it shows that it did charge my account on my end of things. Needless to say I will never use Subway's app or you Subway ever again I will just stick with Firehouse Subs or another place close by because they're better service and better sandwiches.

The guys who make the sandwiches are very nice but the bakd guy there I belive is the owner or manager is pretty rude, I used a cupon to buy obe foot long get one free and ge bother to come to the front to let me know that his location doesnt take that kind of cupins but he hasnt recived his sign to let customers know. I buy subway very often but I know im never going back to that location there us another one on 120th and colorado they are more profesional and polyte there.

I don't appreciate being yelled at and cussed at for simply wanting proof of a refund. Why did I want proof? Because your employees initially told me it wasn't possible to get a refund. It wasn't until I emphasized that I paid for a $12 sandwich that literally wasn't made, that finally got me a refund. Both closing employees (1 that refused the refund and the other that went off on me unprovoked) on Dec 30th 2021 should be disciplined and then properly trained at the very least. I'll be going to the subway on 104th and Washington from now on. In fact I'll go leave a 5 star review for them for being so kind since that's where I took my business afterwards.
