Mooyah

I explained that I am celiac, and am extraordinary sensitive to any type of cross contamination. They knew what I meant, and said no problem, so I ordered a burger, no bun, etc etc....I had to watch them as they tried to put onions from the same piece of foil as battered onion crisps, and again, explained I could not eat that since it was clearly cross contaminated. After they remade it so it would not be contaminated, the burger was nothing but grease. The most disgusting burger I have ever tried. I couldn't even stomach half of it, and I STILL got a reaction. If you're not willing to properly prepare food, don't claim to have allergy friendly options, and please refrain from being in the food industry. I will NEVER visit this location EVER again. Go to the one in Orchard parkway, they actually do their job.

We recently moved to the area and hadn't heard of Mooyah, so we decided to try it for lunch. The cashier was pushy and impatient while we looked at the menu even though there was nobody behind us. There were 8 employees behind the counter and they still managed to screw up a two burger order. After waiting for them to cook our order again, we received burgers dripping with fat. We will never step foot in a Mooyah again.

First of all we ordered online to make it easy for everyone.. drove 15 minutes to pick up our food. Got home and realized the order was wrong. If it wasn't 9 at night it wouldn't have been a big deal. Ended up going back to the store and get the order corrected. They refused to fix the problem and agreed to process a refund. I think the shift leader was a male named Lauren. He decided to hide in the back office for about 10 minutes while I waited for a refund. Finally saw him unloading frys so I asked the counter person if they were processing a refund. When he came back they said they were now making our food. So I asked to speak to the manager or shift leader. No response. No refund. So I left and went home. My husband called to speak to someone there who is remotely competent. He was hung up on 3 times before actually getting a word in. Once he finally spoke to someone he was told that the store was closed at 9 and the manager and shift leader was unavailable and was once again hung up on. So ending our night with no refund and no food from this location with very rude service or no actual service at all from the apparent shift leader. Ihope to be contacted by a owner or someone who is above the age of 16 who knows what the are doing . That would be great. You have our email address credit information and phone number so it shouldn't be difficult for someone to get a hold of us. Thank you.

Go every other week. Tonight not one person acknowledged me as I tood at the register waiting to order. There were 4-5 people working and it wasn't packed. As I walked out, the tall man in a black shirt said hello how can I help you. (My back was literally turned to him and my hand was on the door to leave). I went next door and dropped $60 that could have been a larger order for them. Super disappointing and leaves me w no desire to return. Dickeys was super friendly and wanted by business.
