Arby's

Very friendly service! First time trying the Smokehouse Brisket (sandwich) Meal. It was pretty good, but they're not gonna put any BBQ joints out of business, if you know what I mean. I know people who love Curly Fries, but I'm not one of them. What I really like at Arby's is what they've done the longest - their roast beef sandwich, preferably with cheese. Always good.

Very rude. Witnessed a lady manager leave helping customers to approach amd yell at an elderly man outside parked in the handicap parking. Apparently he didn't have his plaquered displayed. Thats not all also witnessed that same manager refuse to give a customer Arby's sauce. She said "shes only allowed to give 2 packets" will be contacting corporate about her. I mean shes a Arby's manager, mad at the world because her life is going really great!

When I found out the restaurant didn't have what I wanted I kindly said "ok no problem, have a good night" The guy behind the drive-through replied by mocking me with a fake whining noise. Lol? What, y'all got 12 year olds running the place? If this is how y'all treat customers I can't imagine how you treat the food. What a joke.

Normally this place is good. However the other day we went and the appearance of our food was odd. We got two French Dip classic combos. I don't know if they were out of their regular buns or what but they put the meat between two slider buns and just slapped it together. The Aju was not in the appropriate cup for hot liquids and it tasted like it was made before New Years. Not sure what the issue was but it was not good at all. And 3 times in a row in drive thru without straws. When someone comes through drive thru they expect napkins and straws.

Drive thru is terrible. Driver in front of me got out to walk to the window because his order was missing food. I check my bag, it has both items. I get home and theres no meat on the gyro. Nothing on the receipt about no meat, so these idiots just forgot the meat. Tried calling 30 minutes before the store closed and nobody answers. Seriously, who the hell is running this place.
