Burger King

Be sure to go to this BK if you want to wait around for 15+ minutes just to find out they've made your order incorrectly. Also it's a great place to see 0 staff working/helping customers. I've visited 3 times this week, for various people at work as well as myself, and all 3 times there was at least 1 thing wrong with the order. Incredible. I wonder how many wrong orders per day they rack up? On a high note, their touch-screen drink dispenser is pretty cool. It also offers flavored Diet/Classic Coca-Cola: Orange, Lime, Vanilla...some other flavors too. I'm not sure what other sodas have access to the flavoring but it's a nice feature; which doesn't require conversing with incompetent staff.

Stopped by for 2 bacon double cheeseburgers to go. From time I ordered until I received my food it was roughly 15-20mins. Employees acting like their job was a game. The sandwiches I received were unfit to be served. The inside temperature of both burgers was barely above room temperature. I'm sorry but will not return here.

I went through the drive-through today. 20 minutes later I got a sandwich that was less than what I ordered and paid for, and covered in junk (after I ordered it plain! I ordered a double with cheese - plain. I got a single no cheese, pickles, onions, lettuce, and mayo. I didn't have enough time after driving back to my office to get back in the car (in the rain), drive back to the store, and hope that I might get an edible meal! This is not the first time I have had this problem at this store, but it WILL the last!

The web site says open 7am I'm at drive thru at 10- 10:15am. I sat at the menu board for 2- 3 mins and no acknowledgment. I even honked my horn because I saw someone at the soda machine in drive thru. The menu board was also on lunch. Then I drove to the window and honked my horn again. No acknowledgment yet again. So I drove off and called the next burger king in guthresville to make sure they where on breakfast still. Then I found the number to the first one and called. First call couldn't be completed. Second call I got the fax machine. Third call I finally got someone. They said they are not open and still not open. At 10:30 in the morning. That burger king is so useless. Nothing but issues every time I go there.

Went there at 6:30 am on a Friday and they weren't answering at the monitor..so I drove around and the doors are locked while people are in there not acknowledging me...so I called and they said they are having a late start. When you run a cororate business you should arrive on time... This made me behind for my job..but not late because I plan appropriately before I leave for work...horrible customer service...and they charge 2.00 for a price of sausage..when the one in airport road charges 0.50... Burger king I hope you see this and do something about this location...
